LC210 high performance liquid chromatograph.
The chromatograph is a high performance HPLC designed. The instrument (basic type) consists of three parts: high pressure infusion pump, sample injection separation system and ultraviolet / visible light detector.
Features:
The use of microcomputer series double pump head complementary high-pressure infusion pump, with self-test system, pump body materials need to be made of stainless steel or polymer materials. The use of gem piston rod, one-way valve and imported sealing ring, excellent sealing performance and durability.
The ultraviolet / visible light detector adopts concave grating spectroscopic system, double light path and double channel micro-flow cell, which can set time-varying wavelength analysis. Using a five-inch touch screen as a terminal display device, the test results and spectrum can be observed in real time and can be used as a window for all kinds of operation parameters.
The injector of the instrument adopts the international standard six-way valve, the connecting conduit is stainless steel pipe or PEEK conduit, and the separation column adopts the domestic standard C18 column. The instrument is equipped with a column thermostat, in which two 70mm~250mm long column tubes can be installed at the same time. The ducts, sealing rings and nut joints used in the analysis system are the same as the international specifications and can be shared with the accessories of imported instruments.
The signal output of the instrument is equipped with a processor interface (1AU/V), and a RS232 output interface is provided to realize two-way communication and control with PC workstation software.
