Precise and compact LCR digital bridge TH2830

TH283X series is a new generation of low budget, high-performance compact LCR digital bridge. It adopts the latest technology and high-density circuit design to concentrate the essence of large LCR tester, compact and compact. Cancel traditional mechanical power switches and adopt software controlled power switches. The basic accuracy of 0.05% and good testing stability are comparable to high-end models. Equipped with a 4.3-inch LCD display screen and a newly upgraded interface system, it is aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate. The instrument provides rich interfaces and is compatible with standard SCPI instructions, making it easy to form various testing systems to meet the needs of inspection, production, and scientific research.

• A. High performance, small size (can simultaneously test DC resistance RDC) functional characteristics

                

  The 4.3-inch large LCD display screen can simultaneously display set parameters and test results (can simultaneously test and display DC resistance RDC), and the corresponding display function keys can provide faster operation. The instrument also provides measurement display 2 function, which facilitates users to quickly sort and set up test products and display results.

  
  

  B. Empty fixture judgment

          

   

• This function can help users troubleshoot poor contact or short circuits in testing fixtures. If this function is turned on, the instrument will automatically multiply the nominal value by 0.05 on the limit setting page as the lower limit, and multiply the nominal value by 100 as the upper limit. Values beyond this upper and lower limit range are considered as open or short circuits in the fixture, and the instrument will stop outputting the sorting result signal of the Handler to prevent incorrect judgment results.

       The TH2830 series offers two calibration methods. One method is to use insertion to perform open circuit and short circuit correction on all frequency points. Another method is to perform open circuit, short circuit, and load correction on the current set frequency point. We can provide 201 calibration points.

  
  

  D. Multi point list testing

                   

        The list scanning function can automatically scan and test up to 201 points for testing frequency, testing level, or DC bias. By using this function, users can quickly and clearly obtain the trend of characteristic changes of the tested object, and judge the applicability of the tested part in practical applications.

  
  

  E. Convenient and efficient file sorting and testing function

                   

   The TH2830 has a built-in comparison function that can divide the tested component into up to 10 levels (BIN1 to BIN9 and BIN OUT). 9 pairs of main parameter limits and one pair of sub parameter limit settings can be set. And it can be visually and clearly displayed to users through file number numbers or counting on the interface, as well as providing sound and light alarm functions.

  
  

  F. Rich interface functions

                  

     The TH2830 series tester provides users with a Handler interface, which is mainly used for outputting instrument sorting results. When the instrument is used in an automatic component sorting testing system, this interface provides communication signals with the system and sorting result output signals. The tester also provides users with RS232C, USB DEVICE, GPIB (optional) interfaces to achieve remote data communication. These interfaces are highly suitable for the requirements of automation applications in the current market.
